How do I respond to a ';coach'; who ignores my husband,child and me? I want to as big of an a** as he is!?

I don't want to teach my babyboy that it's ok to be an a** but I don't want us to be ignored! My son is supposed to get a trophy for baseball but they have never given us any info even after us paying for it and even after our repeated phonecalls! My husband is at his boiling point! And so am I! How should I respond to this a** of a coach!How do I respond to a ';coach'; who ignores my husband,child and me? I want to as big of an a** as he is!?
Sounds like it was a scam. You could do the American thing and sue him, but keep it quiet from your child or do not act so angry about it or just accept that life is not fair. whatever you decide to do your son needs to know how you settled the problem. how else do you expect him to learn to deal with his problems when he grows up? even if you have to get angry, so what. sometimes that is what it takes to get people to do anything these days. the only thing you would not want your son to see would be if your husband punched the coach but I don't think that is going to happen.
Just go in and talk to him and then turn and leave and get on with your life. Or maybe go and buy a trophy yourself and just forget this guy altogether, it's not worth the time and effort, some people are just like that.
Call the league president if there is one. If you know any of the umps they should know who to contact.
