Do to layoffs ive recently become the stay at home husband who does the work around the home and the majority?

of taking care of the children my wife works hard and gets up early but due to our different time frames im still ususally up for about 3 hrs even after shes gone to sleep. We have a newborn now he's 10 months and doesnt go to sleep till around 10.My wife usually falls asleep when he does. My question is, is it wrong of me to wake her up for late night sex?Do to layoffs ive recently become the stay at home husband who does the work around the home and the majority?

A very open and candid discussion concerning your sex life is in order. Even though times are a little tough, you still need some alone time. Perhaps you should consider ';date night'; where you both agree to spend time with one another and have some intimate time. Just think if you were in her shoes....would you want to be woken up in the middle of the night when you are dog tired from trying to provide for your family? Be considerate and talk to her about your needs and I am sure you two can work something out.
Ask her... i don't see how people on yahoo answers could possibly know how your wife feels about late night sex.





There is always a way to get together for private time -- the two of you need to work it out together. You shouldn't have to sit there and wonder how your wife feels about late night sex. Just discuss it.
You need to talk to her.





You obviously can't wake her up every night, but maybe you can work something out where sometimes she alters her sleep schedule for it and sometimes you make the sacrafice.





It has to be mutual
If she used to do it to you before you got layed off, then no I don't think it's wrong, for you to wake her for a quicky.
YES! um hello she's tired and if she wants to have sex im sure she will let you know. otherwise just chill out. maybe rub one out then go to bed. if she wanted to screw you would get screwed my friend.
Maybe you should start putting your child to bed earlier. Then when you guys have ';adult time'; together you should not have to wake her up.
