Does anybody know which health insurance carriers will accept my husband?

He has 3 herniated discs in his back and has lifetime medical on his back through workers comp. We have supporting documents from workers comp and his lawyer and are being denied health coverage still!!! Do any of you have any advice for us?Does anybody know which health insurance carriers will accept my husband?
