How do i get to sign a paper by my husband while hes on JRTC?

We found the perfect house but he would need to sign everything and hes in Louisiana on JRTC, and i am in tennessee. I know probably we would need a power of attorney form, but who could take it to him or how?:SHow do i get to sign a paper by my husband while hes on JRTC?
See if this could work like it does here in Canada. Fax him the pages that need to be signed, he signs and faxes them back. That is considered a valid signature. The rules in TN may be different though. How do i get to sign a paper by my husband while hes on JRTC?
You will need a ';specific power of attorney';. You can overnight it to him. He will need to sign in front of a notary %26amp; overnight back to you.

Specific POA- not a general one. Your title company can prepare it for you. It will get recorded at the time of closing.
