Do a lot of elderly men/women think domestic violenc is a problem that should stay between a husband and wife?

I've been told many times by older men and sometimes women that things like that is no body's business. I remember witnessing a old man blow up at a hairdresser for keeping domestic abuse help pamphlets by her chair.





The hairdresser keeps pamphlets there because she said she's had several past clients confide in her that they get hit by their husbands/boyfriends.

I totally disagree....anybody who tells you that is just covering up their own horrific behavior. Any man that hits his wife, and insists she keeps it a ';secret';, is below pond scum and not fit for human air to breath. So many women are terrified by those exact words....they live in constant fear. I think anything that brings this act of violence to the front is worth advertising for, and verbally speaking your mind as well.Do a lot of elderly men/women think domestic violenc is a problem that should stay between a husband and wife?
often abuse is a learned behavior, that does not excuse it however.


that is not relationship, it is abuse of perceived power. the woman who puts up with it, most likely have issues with self and the man who does it has issues of power. both are broken and in need of assistance. so do not sit back and watch it happen. if you see it, and address it. it is your business until you are told they do not want your help.
If the man beats a women, then i hope a real man steps in and BEATS HIM like the wuss he really is.


A real man would never hurt a female,





unless its some freaky bondage thing she is into.
It's possible. People used to believe many things we don't believe anymore. Otherwise, I believe as others do. There's no excuse for it; it's a crime.
I disagree with that. NOBODY Deserves to be treated like that
