Start letting him catching you doing the same thing, maybe he'll get the hint and start having sex with you again, since you do have child with needs, he may feel that there is a chance you could get pregnant again and have another one, you can also ask him why he's doing that by himself instead of with you. If he refuses to let you participate I would say he has lost interest in you sexually or romantically.
